The Icelandic cast off is a very nice, easy, stretchy cast-off method. There are a couple of variations:

• Variation 1: K2tog, put this stitch back on the left-hand needle. Repeat to end.
• Variation 2: P2tog, put this stitch back on the left-hand needle. Repeat to end.
