I'm making a huge blanket. It's about three metres across and nearly a metre long, right now. Currently it's all just stocking stitch - I might vary this later on, but it's looking quite good. I'm using a variety of yarns for this, and it's coming out stripey (nicely stripey, though. Bits of it are knitted with fuzzy mohair, bits with nice chunky slub, there's sparkles in it, and all sorts of other pretty yarns. Often several yarns knitted together, because it's very chunky. I'll photograph it soon. There's purples and blues and greens and browns and reds - it's all very pretty.
I'm also making a purple long vest top in colinette Giotto. Very shiny indeed, but I'm being blanket-obsessed right now.
I do beading - have done beading for years - so I have random beaing projects dotted about the house or (sometimes) my person. I did some silversmithing for a bit at college, and would *love* to do more, but it requires space. All sorts of other things too.
