This is a vague attempt to keep track of what I have. It's rather out of date though.

In the ICL box

Ten 50g balls of Rowan Linen Drape in shade 842 - Petal (purplish light pink), two dye lots.
Nine 50g balls of Rowan Linen Drape in shade 856 - Pashmina (light purple).
Nineteen 50g balls of Rowan Linen Drape in shade 851 - Amazon (camouflage green). Half of it has been knitted.
Most of a 50g ball of Rowan Linen Drape in Tango (dark burgundy). Has been knitted.
One 50g ball of Rowan Linen Drape in blue.
Twenty 50g balls of Rowan Linen Drape in shade 849 - Hawaii (purple).

In small tubs on the shelf

Three 50g balls plus most of another ball of Jaeger Aqua (DK) in dark purple - as used in Kake's Purple Shapely Tank Top - bought from John Lewis.
Most of a 100g ball of Wendy Supreme 100% mercerised cotton in black - as used for the accents in Kake's Purple Shapely Tank Top - bought from Arding and Hobbs.
One 50g ball of cobalt Stylecraft Eskimo - Marna gave to me.

In the translucent box on the shelf

Three 50g balls of Rowan Fine Cotton Chenille in shade 410 - Privet - dye lot 5L1. Bought from Kangaroo at clearance price.
Three 25g balls of Rowan Kidsilk Haze in shade 588 ("Drab"), dye lot 668, bought at Peter Jones in December 2003 for 6 quid each. I may use this for Cobweb.

In bags under the shelf

Three 100g (850m) cones of undyed 2-ply bourette silk bought from Texere
A partly-used 100g ball of cheapy black acrylic.
About 400g of decent recycled purple 100% cotton yarn - about 3-ply, I think - plus a large amount of smaller scraps.
One 50g (183m, 200yd) ball of Jaeger Matchmaker Merino in each of red, black and green, plus a bit extra of the red, bought at John Lewis. As used in Holly's tomato hat.
One 400g cone of scarlet cotton/poly chenille, bought from Texere (they sent the wrong colour)
One 500g cone (some used) of light purple/dark lilac 100% cotton chenille from Texere yarns, bought on ebay for £3.86 plus £2 postage.
The remains of a cone of thin red stuff with a glitter thread - as used in Marna's cardie - bought on ebay.
Three bags of novelty/chunky yarns from ewt.

In the small seagrass box

One 50g (115yd) ball of purple Jaeger Albany, shade 270 lot 64, 100% mercerised cotton, bought at John Lewis in October 2003.
Most of a 50g (104yd) ball of purple Rowan Lurex Shimmer, shade 338 lot 26C2, 80% viscose 20% polyester, bought at John Lewis in October 2003.
One 50g (113m) ball of deep purplish-pinkish Noro Cash Iroha, shade 21 lot M, 40% silk 30% lambs wool 20% cashmere 10% nylon, bought at John Lewis in October 2003.
Two 50g (125yd) balls of black Rowan Cotton Glace, shade 727 lot 8K2, 100% cotton, bought at John Lewis in 2003.
One 50g (125yd) ball of yellow Rowan Cotton Glace, shade 802 lot 14I0, 100% cotton, bought at John Lewis in 2003.
One 100g skein of 21st Century Yarns 100% cotton space-dyed mulberry, bought at the 2003 Knitting and Stitching Show, £14.75.

In bags

One 100g skein of Colinette Chrysalis in "fruit coulis" (purples), bought at the 2003 Knitting and Stitching Show.
One 100g skein of Colinette Giotto in "florentina" (deep pinks and a bit of purple), bought at the 2003 Knitting and Stitching Show.
About a kilo, maybe more, of lilac Filclass Hermoso, bought on ebay.

In odd places

Random balls of yarn bought from ebay - a hairy ice-blue (bit itchy), some pink/white boucle (a pink I don't hate!) and a beigey thick/thin yarn. Currently spread over bookcases.

Yarn that is earmarked (so not really stash)

Most of a 100g ball of light purple Sirdar Wow - bought at John Lewis. For Holly's shawl.
